On October 3-4, 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in a training course on orthopedic supplies and ergonomics in long-term care facilities. During the event, modern medical equipment for transferring residents, medical clothing and modern methods of treating skin diseases in seniors were presented. A key point of the training was techniques and tools that facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of our residents, minimizing the risk of injury for both patients and caregivers.

By participating in such trainings, we want to continuously improve the quality of care, increase the comfort of residents and improve working conditions at Altru Senior Care Home.
