Altru employee training ...

Last week, employees of our Home took part in a training course entitled “Improving key competencies of carers for the elderly and disabled.” The aim of the training was to deepen knowledge and skills in the field of care, which will directly translate into even higher quality of services and better well-being of our residents.

The participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends, techniques, and methods that will help them better meet the daily challenges of their work as caregivers. This training is not only professional development—it is an investment in people who give their all every day to help others.
