Morning exercises

Altru residents know very well that morning exercises are a great way to stimulate the body, improve well-being, and increase energy for the whole day. That is why every day they perform strengthening, stretching, and breathing exercises—tailored to their individual abilities and health conditions.

Most importantly, however, they exercise regularly, independently, and motivate each other, thus creating a unique atmosphere of support and activity.
